This Dolphin3D Help Wiki is intended to provide additional help for users who want to master the new Dolphin3D web browser. We envision this as a place where the Dolphin user community can contribute and create a well-organized, comprehensive online user manual for new and existing Dolphin3D users. Problems staying logged in to some website sessions? If you have Dolphin's visual thumbnails or Hyperpeek link previews turned on you may notice that you can't stay logged into some website sessions that you initiated with a password. The reason this happens is that Dolphin's thumbnail-generating background process (a hidden browser instance) sends duplicate 'Jungle-safe' web page preview requests that confuse some websites by not asking for active content. For whatever reason, affected websites treat this condition as though you have logged out. To work with websites that suffer from this problem you can temporarily (or permanently) disable Dolphin's thumbnail generation by 1) right-clicking on the thumbnail history button and selecting "Turn off thumbnails for visited pages" and 2) turning off Hyperpeek previews if they're on (using the 'eyeball' button on the bottom control panel). When you're done with the affected website's session you can easily turn these features back on by following the same directions in reverse.
